At Tumbelin Farm we work hand in hand with GP’s, counsellors, youth workers and other professionals to support young adults struggling with substance abuse and related issues.
How Tumbelin Farm is Different
The Tumbelin Farm program is based upon a restorative practice approach and provides a unique opportunity for young people to step away from their situation and begin a journey of change in a safe and supportive community setting.
One-on-One Relationships: We speak one-on-one with professionals about specific program details, so they can know and understand our approach.
Community of Support: We work with parents, siblings, and the individual referred to the Farm, with the goal of helping the whole family navigate the challenging experience.
Tailored Recovery Plan: Tumbelin Farm is a holistic treatment provider committed to treating every young adult as an individual with unique needs. We use person-centred tools and approaches to develop tailored recovery plans based on client needs.
Ongoing Support: We are passionate about supporting young people throughout their recovery journey to have the best possible quality of life through well matched support, therapies, and interventions.
